My family and I recently made some yummy homemade mini-pizzas.  We shared a great dinner wrapped up in a nice fun package, complete with built-in entertainment.

James and I both experimented with some unique flavor combinations, while Kellen (our picky eater) stuck with his tried and true plain cheese.  I really like having them in the kitchen with me.  It makes preparing dinner less an ‘obligation’ or ‘chore’ and more a fun family activity.  We’ll be planning nights like this much more often in the future.  There is one drawback that comes to mind, however.  Three people working in a small, outdated kitchen make for triple the mess, as you can clearly see.   afs
