This is the front view of an old building that caught my attention as I was driving back to Anderson from doing AIM outreach in Starr.  One of the back windows winked at me (literally) as I drove by, calling out for me to turn around and investigate.  The windows are amazing.  You can see in the photo how the variations in the old glass might appear to wink in the sunlight.  I couldn’t get to the back to get a good shot, but the front revealed the bulding to be an old post office with lots of character and amazing details and brickwork.  I’m afraid that I don’t know what the current post office looks like, but how can it compare to this one?  Here’s an extra shot of the brickwork.
